We produced this Brandy from our Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes.  We partnered with Calwise Distillery here in Paso Robles to create this beautiful gem.  Aged for 2 years in American oak barrels, our Brandy takes on more of a whiskey style with a delicious bouquet of caramel, vanilla, toasted coconut and a soft velvet finish.
