Base Site Fees:
- Event Room $1000 (max 100 seated) *2200 sq ft
- Terrace-$1000 (max 100 seated) *50×90 ft
- Tasting Room $1000 (max 50 standing, no seated) *1600 sq ft
- Full Property Closure during business hours (Must have 61 guests or more) – $5000
Additional site fees based on occupancy:
- Up to 30 guests: $1000
- 31-60 guests: $2000
- 61-100 guests: $3000
- MAX OCCUPANCY: 100 guest max occupancy if all base or full property is rented.
